Individual therapy is a space where you get to prioritize yourself. Where you can explore your experiences, process your emotions, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. Whether you're navigating a specific challenge, know that something needs to change, or you're ready for growth, you don't have to figure it out alone.

Executive Functioning

Support with organization, task initiation, time management, planning, prioritizing, and emotional regulation in daily life.

Sense of Self

Exploring your beliefs, values, identity, and self-esteem; learning to trust and strengthen them; and begin to discover who you are when you feel safe to unmask.

Communication

Learning to express your needs and set boundaries; communicating honestly and assertively in a way that feels true to who you are.

Self-compassion

Learning to treat yourself with more kindness, reducing self-criticism and building emotional resilience.

Coping Skills

Developing tools to cope with stress, intense emotions, and life's challenges; so the hard moments feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more manageable.

Relationships

Strengthening connections with yourself and others; exploring what gets in the way, what you truly need, and how to build relationships that feel safe and real.

Conflict Resolution

Identifying patterns that fuel conflict and developing skills to navigate disagreements in a way that strengthens your relationships.

Therapy

Relationships are one of the most beautiful and complex parts of being human, and sometimes they need a little extra support. Whether you're navigating communication challenges, emotional disconnection, conflict, or wanting to deepen your connection, couples therapy is a space where both of you can feel heard, understood, and supported.

My approach to couples therapy utilizes  Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Imago Relationship Therapy, and Attachment-Based approaches, because I believe that many relationship struggles are rooted in deeper emotional needs and patterns, beyond surface-level conflict. 

Together, our work can help you:

  • Explore how your early experiences, attachment styles, and wounds from the past show up in your relationship today

  • Identify and break negative cycles and patterns

  • Improve active listening, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
